It has been a long time since the ‘Münsterland’ entered the port of Hamburg. The freighter was escorted by leisure captains on their boats. In addition, a cheerful concert of ship horns was played. Prior to this, the Münsterland and its crew had been stuck for eight years in the Suez canal, whose entrance and exits had suddenly been blocked by acts of war in 1967.
